Attacking the hearing officer in the Collection Due Process Hearing from all angles. I reviewed the Uniform Acknowledgment Letter and the Notice of Determination from one case and came up with many more angles of attack.
STOPPING IRS LEVIES: SO EASY A DANCING BEAR COULD DO IT!
Using a Collection Due Process Hearing request as described in the IRS Terminator package
KEEPING IRS COLLECTION ACTIVITY SUSPENDED IS THE CHALLENGE!
I reviewed the Uniform Acknowledgment Letter and the Notice of Determination from one case and came up with some great angles of attack. I put these angles in three MP3 recordings totaling 103 minutes. Play these recordings in an MP3 player or on your computer. In all I point out more than 30 angles, possibly as many as 40, that can be used to put the hearing officer on the horns of a dilemma and give you an ever increasing chance of two things:
1) Prevailing on CDPH hearing;
2) Putting the hearing officer in a position such
that collection activities in your case are perpetually suspended.
Now, these ideas have not been researched for every Circuit. I’m leaving that to you. I spotted these issues by way of experience and prior study. Because of this, I want to provide you with some help. What I am doing to help you is packaging these recordings with my Online Legal Research Video for only $22 more than I sell the video for by itself!
Online Legal Research Video by itself: $145
Online Legal Research Video + 103 Minutes of All Angles Offensive:
ONLY: $167 total
